THE DANCE SHOPPE is pleased to offer Free Shipping*. We strive to ship orders in 1-2 business days and are 100% committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your order experience. Please call us at (866) 609-6409 or email us us at information@thedanceshoppeoc.com if for any reason you aren't 100% satisfied and we'll promptly resolve the matter.
*For international orders, customers are responsible for all import duties and custom fees within their own country. THE DANCE SHOPPE is not able to identify how long any order will take to arrive once it reaches customs in your specific country.
*For heavy orders, a small shipping fee might be charged due to the weight of the shipment.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
The Dance Shoppe is pleased to offer free returns on all U.S. orders (excluding final sale items). For a return in which there is no exchange, a restocking fee will be applied, which is $5. Returns must be in the quality as was sent originally. Dirty/used items will not be accepted and no return will be issued. Tags must still be attached to clothing items.
If you are wanting to exchange an item, ship your original item back with our exchange request slip that is included in the original package. As long as your item is in the original packaging, without wear or damage, along with the original packaging slip, it will be accepted for an exchange. If your item does not meet the above requirements, it will be sent back to the original sender.
To Start Return Process
Within 30 days of order delivery, simply email sales@thedanceshoppeoc.com to receive a prepaid return shipping label through your email. Items must be returned in their original packaging, without wear or damage, along with the original packing slip. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment through our website and usually take 3-5 business days to show.
Items that cannot be exchanged or returned include:
accessories (including hair), tutu's, unitards, tights, bags, and ballroom shoes with any sign of worn. No exceptions.
