We strive to ship orders in 1-2 business days and are 100% committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your order experience. *For international orders, customers are responsible for all import duties and custom fees within their own country. THE DANCE SHOPPE is not able to identify how long any order will take to arrive once it reaches customs in your specific country.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

The Dance Shoppe is pleased to offer Always Free Returns on all U.S. orders (excluding final sale items). Simply email us at sales@thedanceshoppeoc.com to recevie a prepaid return shipping label for a full refund within 30 days of order delivery and store credit thereafter. Items must be returned in their original packaging, without wear or damage, along with the original packing slip. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and usually take 3-5 business days to show.

If you are wanting to exchange an item, ship your original item back with our exchange request slip that is included in the original package. As long as your item is in the original packaging, without wear or damange, along with the original packaging slip, it will be accepted for an exchange. If your item does not meet the above requirements, it will be sent back to the original sender. 

Items that cannot be exchanged or returned include: accesories (including hair), tutu's,unitards, tights or bags, ballrooms with any sign of worn. No exceptions.
