The pads provide full coverage of your toes and metatarsal (bunion) area, with a deep vamp shaped to fit perfectly under both U-cut and V-cut shoes without showing outside the shoe. Sock-like polyester fabric is sewn around a thin layer of cushioning gel, with extremely flat and smooth seams that won’t cause friction or pressure on your toes.
